We offer Free delivery for the first time.

After first month recurring payment and 4 months deposit payment done, you will receive an email notification on both billing.
Your unit will be delivered in an estimated 6 working days for West Malaysia. 7-14 working days for East Malaysia.

What are services included and excluded in this rental?

Services not covered & chargeable

a) Any part or hardware not under rental (router, printer, copier, cctv,…)

c) Network/ Internet/ Internet Service Provider (ISP) issue in customer premise

d) Any services/ labor charge not related rental parts exchange (install 3rd party software, accounting software, email problem, etc)

I have made the first rental payment, what should I do next?

Wait within 2 working days on the deposit payment email. Please check your junk mailbox too, in case our email dropped there. After deposit payment done, your unit will arrive in an estimated 6 working days time for West Malaysia and in an estimated 7-14 working days time for East Malaysia by default.

What is recurring payment? When is my next payment?

Recurring payment also known as subscription payments. This is an automatic payment deduction on your credit card or debit card, that you have make the first recurring payment.

Next payment will be on the same date of the first payment on the following month onwards.
